Posted this previously in tt but should have been in 5th wheel. My husband who is very mechanical just completed a complete new suspension system under our jayco. New heavier duty springs to replace broken spring problem. Wet bolt system and Mor/ryde SRE 4000 with xfactor cross member and new ubolts. Hopefully this will put an end to broken spring problem we have had. Must say a little nervous with it jacked up and hubby under camper but he goter done. I am impressed!!!!

I don't see an issue working under a trailer long as basic safety precautions are used like properly placed quality jack stands rated for the load they are being used for.

Good choice for an upgrade. I'm sure both of you will be happy with it.

When a spring broke on ours I said to my DW "See I told you it was overloaded"
She just bought more stuff saying "You upgraded the springs so now we can carry more"

I hope that new suspension works great for you! Working under a raised heavy trailer can be dangerous! Glad all went well! Best of all, a happy wife, makes for a happy family. Better hang onto that hubby, and congrats to him, on a job well done!
