We traded our bunkhouse

We were a little upside down but they were able to make it work and it didn't hurt one bit. We had the 2016 284rdb Cougar but finally realized all the living space we were giving up with the bunk and also some comfort. Got a 2020 Mesa Ridge 291rls. About 3 feet shorter and roughly 800# lighter. Just has a much better feel and more homey.
The Cougar quality was ok but not great. We camped in it for 4 years and after going through it today unloading and basic cleaning notices leaks "in the area" of the front and rear vents; damp mattress on the upper bunk and at the head of the bed below the overhead compartment and one 2" drip at the foot of the bed below the vent. The outside basement door has the magnet that holds the door up, well that has lost most of its magnetic function. And then the drivers side compartment in the basement looks as if it has started leaking. Probably picked a good year to trade. Yep, the quality is just so-so.
Hoping the damp areas may just be condensation.
