I have a double driveway and live on a 2 lane road with basically no shoulder. I can back my 30' TT and 35' Boat into the drive without issue. I know a FW tracks differently while backing. I am curious if I would still be OK given the 2 lane road constraint? Considering about a 36' FW in the future.

I have never seen a 5er have problems getting into any campsite, but I've seen lots of TT's struggle. I think the 5er will be much easier for you than the TT. When you first get the 5er, take it to a parking lot and practice a few times backing and turning before you get home. It will pay off big when you finally do get home.

Yes, if you can get a 35' boat trailer in there it will be easy to get a 36' 5th wheel backed in.
