We completed our first full year, including a Retirement Victory Tour to Alaska... As I reflected on our fun milestone, I felt I owed many of you here, and on other boards, a large THANK YOU! for sharing your knowledge.
We spent a few years in the planning stages, where we spent most of our time data mining from those that have done this thing called retirement, and shifted to Full Timing.
While we have been missing our friends around the area of our old S&B home (now our vacation home, and place where the DW's Mother lives) - we have found and made many new friends from multiple states. Several in the Canada area now too. (One of the nicest dividends of travels, is the people you meet, and form new bonds/friendships with.)
