The left front wheel Disk brake grabs and the disk is now warped. 2 years and 10,000 miles ago I had the front brakes rebuilt at the Ford dealership for the same problem. All Ford can say is that they will rebuild the brakes again. Are other RV owners having the same problem and what did they do to correct it.

The inside of the high pressure rubber line will come apart, if it does, it will not allow the caliper to release fully.

The brake calipers slide on pins. The pins must be lubricated. Most of the time, the lubrication will last 40,000 miles and 5-10 years between each brake job.

Your "Brake" man was not doing his job when they re-assembled, however it is impossible to prove it, so best to take it to another dealership, or better yet to a brake shop that only does brakes or larger trucks.
