2005 coachman encore vs 2004 Newmar Northstar

Newbie here for Motorhomes - lots of experience with other RVs.

Looking to purchase first motorhome diesel pusher for under $100k. I've spent the last 45 days educating myself on class A. Been leaning towards Tiffin and Newmar because of the quality differences.

I've found these two options see link - looking for feedback. i believe Newmar is the overall better coach providing condition, maintenance etc... just looking for opinions from folks with experience. Also purchase pricing recommendations

We've owned 3 of them, if we ever buy another RV it will be another Newmar.
