My house batteries died and 2 cables broke connection. Replaced one cable and am now working on second. I am puzzled by the rv and generator not starting. The start battery is good. All dash lights etc come on, just the starter will not engage. Now I do have a security system on the unit and am guessing that without 12volt it cuts off the ignition for both the rv and generator. Any Ideas to bypass this in an emergency?
I have found the solution on my own and applied said solution, got generator started and with electric, could now go find some batteries. Guess it was a tough question as no one responded. All work now completed and are whole again!
