2006 Monaco Dynasty Countess

I have an opportunity to buy this motorhome for $45,000. It's 42' long with 3 slides, 10k Onan generator, in motion satellite, air bags and auto levelers among other things. Owner says it is in mint condition with 48,000 miles. It has a 400 HP cummins. Pictures are at address below. Sorry I can't make clicky. We've camped in a fifth wheel for several years, but never had a motorhome. I think the pictures are mostly from when it was new. Thanks for any input and advice. This price seems very low compared to what I've seen on the internet.

I forgot to add that it's a 3 hour drive for me to see the coach. i would like all the information I can gather before I set up an inspection with the owner. Thanks.
