34' 1996 Georgie Boy Cruise Master MH - Flasher relay

My son just acquired this Class A MH, and the turn signals don't work. Can anyone help with the location of the turn signal flasher relay? It's apparently not shown in the manuals that he has?

He checked both fuse boxes. Any ideas.

On my 1996 GBM it is located under the dash just above the steering column.
