Wheels mounted on the frame or solid bumper won't bother anything. Air bags may not help if you have lots of camper behind the rear wheels. Kind of a pit-fall with short wheel base to lots of camper.

I put air bags on mine with the on board compressor.
Simple push of a button and up she goes.
I got about 6" extra clearance at the trailer hitch.

I had to build up the lower part of the driveway to have a more gradual grade as the motorhome wheels went up it. Since it was an asphalt driveway, I took advantage of the situation and widened the driveway also.

If he is dragging his "C" while entering and going up his drive then filling in won't help unless you fill in the street. ๐Ÿ™‚

The wheels and skids on the back of the RV may do more harm than good. They actually lower the point of contact which may put more upward pressure on the rear of the RV.

A better solution is to go in at an angle which reduces the apparent slope, kind of like going up a steep hill by walking across the face of the hill at an upward angle.

Another good solution is to use long planks laid in the driveway to extend the slope further out, thereby reducing the angle of the slope.

The best solution is to redo the driveway with a shallower slope, however that is mucho work and expense.

Depends on RV, How bad it drags and the terrain.
My "B" will drag unless I enter/depart at an angle. I have grass on either side of drive that I can drive on. I once had a 5th wheel that had little dolly wheels on the back. If Your vehicle is a "B" or "C" the little wheels may raise the rear too high and the pulling tires lose traction. You can add Air Bags to any vehicle. You could maybe re-design your drive as I had to do that to keep the wife's car from dragging.

Here are some possible solutions for your class B.

1. Put skid protectors or wheels on the back of the RV
2.. If your driveway is steeply pitched, you can use some aftermarket or wood ramps to change the angle.

What make and model RV?

If a towable is your RV hooked up properly? ( LEVEL?)

Or do you have a step driveway?

I have wheels at the back of mine. Bolted in the frame. Looks like this but these are clamp ons. Its the only pic i can find to show what I mean...
