When I turn on my running lights, my gauges change. Temp gauge increases, voltage gauge decreases, etc. turn off lights gauges return to normal readings. Anyone have the same issues?

Had or still have same problem. Started after a very heavy rain on way back from a trip. Got to RV storage spot back home and also found jacks would not work. When toggle switch was pressed I did head a click in the rear. Went back out in a few weeks jacks worked did not try the light switch - another day. Got happy when jacks were working again forgot about light switch. Think something got wet and dried out. Now when it rains again will be checking to see if jacks work and my light switch. As long as dim or brighten head light switch was in the far left turn (for dim and bright on dash light) gauges worked. When dash light knob was turned to brighten dash lighting gauges would change as in post.

I agree with everyone else. Had the same problems several years ago. Bad ground too instruments. Find that ground wire that comes off the instrument panel and run a separate wire to a good chassis ground. Good luck.

Agree with Brett, probably a bad ground. Never hurts to add another.

Marv,

Try running another ground from the dash ground.
