I just saw the article on the DEF filter in my FMCA magazine. It says to change it every 200,000 miles or 2 yrs. whichever comes first.
I, too, had never heard of it but will have it checked out at my next chassis service. We are currently at 38,500 miles and 2.5 yrs.
