Delay receiving rear trac bar from Roadmaster...

I'm having (I believe) CW install a rear trac bar on my '05 F53. They told me when I placed the order that it would be about a month before the trac bar would be received. It's now been a month and I called CW yesterday and they (thankfully) said it had recently been shipped and should be in by tomorrow (Friday). Just wondering...is a one month delay in receiving something like a trac bar normal? If so, why? Is the demand so high the factory cannot make them fast enough? Almost everything ordered on Amazon is received in two working days. Any thoughts about this?

Delays at CW are infamous. I wouldn't trust anything they say. It's even doubtful they'll have it tomorrow. Check with RVServiceReviews.com for your area and see what the reputation is for that CW.

As far as their workmanship, on practically anything, you are taking a big chance letting them work on it. Most of their techs don't stay long, and most of them are poorly trained. I wouldn't let them touch my rig with a long pole.
