I am looking for an easy place to refill the propane tank in my Motorhome. Since it's 40' and I will be towing my Ford Explorer I am looking for a place that I can drive through and not have to unhook my Toad.

The area I am looking to find the refill station would be
Alviso
North East San Jose
Santa Clara
Cupertino
Mountain View
Sunnyvale

If anyone has any experience or suggestions with this it would be greatly appreciated.

A bit farther south than your suggestions, but I recently filled mine at the truck stop at the Garlic Farm RV Park in Gilroy - the Monterey Rd exit from 101. They are easy access and it cost $2.99 a gallon about 2 months ago.

Candlestick RV park and the San Francisco RV Park in Pacifica sell propane.

I have not purchased propane from Candlestick.

You might want to check out Coyote Valley RV Resort. They have propane and the access in and out is easy. Their address is 9750 Monterey Rd, San Jose. Its right off HWY 101 where San Jose meets Morgan Hill. Phone. 866 376-5500.

Thanks Dean, I actually use their dump station after Stanford Tailgates. I will have to check on propane there. I do not like squeezing into Ideal RV shop which is right next door.

Trailer Villa

Trailer Villa might have propane sales. I do not remember.

It is near San Carlos if that is of any help.

We have driven inside the site with 38' plus toad.
