Exterior fridge not cooling

I own a 2015 Thor Hurricane (Class A) and have discovered a potential problem with the Danby refrigerator (DAR259BL) 2.5 cu. ft. fridge in the exterior kitchen.

It was turned on and plugged in at 3:00 p.m. The next day at 10:00 a.m. it still wasn't cold. We placed sodas and water in it but they never got cold. I looked in the manual and it says there is a thermostat in the upper right corner. It's not there!! I called Danby and they told me it's on the back of the unit!!. However, the unit is braced in by cabinet trim so I can't even turn it to find out if the thermostat is indeed present.

Any suggestions?

I have a 2015 Thor Windsport. On my unit the back of the exterior kitchen fridge is accessible from the inside bedroom. A panel below the bed can be taken off to reach the fridge. The panel on mine only has four screws holding it on.

Your looking at less than $200 for a brand new replacement
Are you sure it has power?
The interior light comes on?
Check all gfi outlets and test/reset them
I can explain it to you.
But I Can Not understand it for you !

Looked up the manual online and it shows the on/off temperature control knob is located on the ceiling of the unit. Can't imagine why they would put it on the back as they told you. Might look again on ceiling although that seems like a strange location also.

It was plugged into shore power and on for approximately 15 hours. It got cold but not much less than room temp. The fridge is on but there is no way to regulate how cold it gets. I just need to know how to get to the thermostat in the back.

Are you plugged into shore power? Did it work previously? Did you check the breakers and fuses? Can you remove a panel inside and see the back of the fridge? Did you check the GFI plug?

Any of these could be your issue to not make it work.
