I just found a nice 2007 Fleetwood Fiesta LX 34N that meets all of my requirements except I don't know anything about the Royal Tuff-Ply roofing fabric. A web search of that material didn't tell me it is much improved over EPDM. Also, does Fleetwood still use that stupid riveted on moulding across the joint where the end caps are assembled to the body structure? That has been a thorn in my side for the 11 years I have owned my Pace Arrow Vision along with the shrinking EPDM. The rivets pulled out of the roof underlayment and the metal moulding then uncurled enough to require repeated attempts to reattach it and seal it to the roof shape. Not some of Fleetwood's best technology in my book. That is a good indicator of why they had to merge with other financially strapped outfits that had better ideas but were higher priced during the recession. How does the Tuff-Ply compare to Brite-Tek? I'm not concerned about tree limbs as much as deterioration due to environmental exposure.
