Generator tripping breaker

I have a 2008 Fuzion toy hauler. The generator will trip the breaker on the generator itself. Everything works on shore power. Don’t know where to start tracing wires to find the issue. All help is greatly appreciated.

When running your generator, what loads are you asking the generator to power when the generator circuit breaker (generally 30-amp) trips?

Could be a bad breaker on the generator.
The electrical issue could be between the generator and the transfer switch.
