You are basically at the mercy of those towing companies who have a contract with the independent ERS. They are either good or whatever. One would need to know who Hartford contracts with to have some idea of quality. You need to watch what they are doing, and more importantly know how your motorhome is suppose to be towed. My Foretravel has a whole section in the owners manual on how the coach is to be towed. One has to be familiar with that stuff. You should know the distance from the front bumper to the center of the steer axle, and the ground clearance of your rig, and tell your ERS this information if they are going to tow you. They should give this info to the towing company, who should call you back and verify the info. If they don't want this info before calling someone to tow you, they are a crappy ERS, because the tow company need this information to know what equipment they need to bring to tow you. These contracts may change from one ERS to another when the contract is up.
Do they respond with the proper equipment, etc?
