Improper levleing with auto level

I have a 2015 Thor Hurricane 32N with auto leveling. Sometimes when we are parked on a concrete pad the passenger side rear support doesn't sit flush with the ground. I have checked the level on the concrete pads and it is fine (left to right and front to rear).

Any suggestions?

Thanks!!

I don't think the OP is saying its not level, he's saying the metal pad is crooked.

It needs bent or ignored. I don't think it hurts anything being a little crooked.

Ours has a 3 point powergear hydraulic system.
I used "auto" exactly once.
In manual, I can level faster and lower.

It is not unusual for a "low corner" jack to end up off the ground. In manual, just give it a bump to hit the ground.

What brand? Suspect it may need to be calibrated. If you don't have instructions they probably can be downloaded. Assuming of coarse all else OK.
