Indoor RV storage in Florida

Can anyone advise me as to what I should expect to pay for indoor summer storage for my 40 foot motorhome in Florida?

We have under cover (three sides) in NE Cape Coral with 30 amp power. We pay $311.00 per month.

We run one AC and the Battery Chargers.
