That's not an easy question to answer. Do a search on "winter camping" Read the results and you will start to get an idea what you're getting into.
It depends a lot on the weather and temperatures, but it can be done, with enough precautions against freezing your water system. Road salt is an enemy of most vehicles, but especially motorhomes, which are not well protected against it.
