On the paint and fabric no.
Warranty there are a few factors. The price is negotiable, it's a large profit center for the dealership. We debated about it, negotiated and negotiated and came up with a reasonable price when we bought our Winnebago. Though generally you're better off if you put that money away, sometimes it's nice to have the coverage and not have to come up with cash if something goes wrong.
In our case the dealer did all the work if we had a claim, and we had 3. Deductible was like $50. First up was the failure of our fridge just a few days before our 10 camping/boating trip. Going without wasn't really an option. Dealer found one, we went and got it to cut down on time and they had us installed and tested within 2 days, fully covered. That one item paid for the extended warranty. Then our converter/charger went belly up, covered and upgraded. We were now money ahead. Door lock had also failed early on.
I wouldn't pay full price but if you can get the cost down considerably then it's a toss up at least from our experience. I could have bought a fridge, but it would have been a stinger in the pocketbook with vacation looming.
