Been harder and harder to fill gas tank. Looked today and found a serious kink where the hose has a steep radius bending into the top of the tank. Replacing hose would be simple IF you could get to the hose clamp. It was installed where the tightening screw is impossible to get out without dropping tank. A dremmel cutoff wheel would be quick if it was not on top of a GAS TANK. So, do hoses like this collapse over time. I've wedged a block of dense blue board foam to help lessen the kink, but it is still noticeable. A piece of hacksaw blade would be hard to saw due to location of clamp. Any ideas on how to remove hose clamp?
