location of cigar liter fuse

I have a 2000 Discovery mod 37v. I have checked the cigar lighter power feed to the fire wall and found no fuse and no power Where do I look next the wires are heavy guage and in a protective plastic conduit, does this go to the battery control box???

I would normally just follow the wire under the dash to where ever it terminates.

It would really help if you posted the chassis make? This what will determine where that fuse is!
