Magellan Pro 9165T Portable Nav

Bought the 9165T last Sept and it quit working yesterday. Tried to update it and had to contact chat tech support because it was out of warranty. After multiple sessions and each fix failing they concluded the only fix was go to their website and buy a new one. I ended up buying a new one but this one is a Garmin. Hoping to have better luck. Won't be buying any more Magellan products.

I'm with you. My wife bought me a Magellan from CW a couple of years ago and it was the worst. I finally walked it out of the RV and dropped it in the first garbage can I could find. While I know all gps units will do stupid stuff from time to time ( just like me) the Magellan did it more often and was just a pain.
