Monaco service center in Coburg, OR

I am the original owner of a 2003 Safari Cheetah. The last time I was at the Monaco Coburg, OR service center was 3 years ago when Navistar owned Monaco. The service was pathetic back then, I am thinking about using the service center now. Does anyone have current opinions about the level of service now at Coburg? Would appreciate any recent info.

Taylor spike used to run the support group...he treated me well..I guess the Oregon people were cut..Rev is treating monaco.hr. like an unwanted child

Support and parts for older Monacos are still available. They moved to Indiana.

The repaired my 2015 Winnebago last year and did an outstanding job
Rather than dealing with a service writer you deal with the actual team that will work on your unit

services the rev stuff now .. fleetwood , American coach and Monaco . I know someone who had a fleetwood serviced but haven't asked about it . I know they are dropping all older monacos from tech phone service and parts at that location . REV I guess is phasing out the old Monaco factory type support.
Personally I'd use elite in Harrisburg.
