Need Fuel tank for 1993 Itasca

Rv in shop for no start. Troubleshooting and bad pump and tank loaded with gunk. Tech says need new tank but not able to find. HELP Can tank be cleaned?

Radiator repair shops ( if they’re good shops ) rebuild fuel tanks; I’ve done a few thousand of them……….

Cleaning and coating is an option.
What is make, model of chassis and tank capacity?

As long as the tank hasn't rusted to the point that it no longer has integrity, it can be cleaned.

I also understand that there are products that can coat the inside of the tank, though, sorry, no first hand knowledge of the product or procedure.

Steam clean the tank and find a new tech.
