neo angle skylight

Hello All, I'm replacing the skylight in my shower. A couple issues im having.

first: cant find exact size. Flange is 31x14. And rough opening is 24x12. I found a neo angle that's 24x12, but the flange is different. Its flange is 27x14.5. Will this one work?

Second: It has a inner plastic piece. It looks just like the outer one, except its clear. The inner garnish pieces have some plastic trim attached. This wont work for me, my RV has a frame made of oak.

Can I just get a second clear skylight? Do I even need to use a inner piece?

This place will make a skylight to your exact specifications. I have bought from them and had no issues. Measure carefully, if it is wrong because of your measurements I don't think they would take it back. Their skylights come without any holes drilled.
