Norcold TEK II refer

ours quit working on AC, still works on DC. I've checked all connections the AC outlet has 120 volts to the refer. any clews on how to fix. the power supplies are $600 +-

The Tek II is a marine refrigerator with a compressor you maybe better off looking on Class B Motorhome sites since they sometimes use dual voltage compressor fridges also the boat forums for info.

I would check you heating element. I not familiar with your refer but for each element there is a continuity check and ohm reading that you should have across the two wires attached to the element. First check to see if you have 120 volts feeding the heating element at the same 2 wires.
