I cannot answer your question directly, but the first thing you need to decide is if it is an engine or a electric end problem.

If it does not start and run, that is and engine problem and an you may have good luck at a small engine shop. The Onan engines are used on lost of applications and chances are that if you look at the right guy, he will at it may already know what the problem is likely to be.

If it runs, but no electricity comes out, call around to electric motor repair places. There may be someone there that is willing to look at it. The problems are usually simple.
