To answer your question, if it was me, I would use the Jeep dealer as they are more familiar with the vehicle. That said, the RV dealer is not a bad second option provided you verify that they will use an experienced technition and not just asign it to the most junior employee with minimal experience.
Another option is a 3rd party Auto Repair Company, but the same warning applies about making sure an experienced (> 3rd yr apprentice) tech.
