Replace Winnebago Brave Blinds

I have a 1994 Winnebago Brave 27RC and the mini blinds need replacing. After examining them I see that they are simple metal mini blinds but the valance covering the big window openings prevent me from removing them. I tried to find out how to remove the valance but have yet to find how. If someone has the info please let me know. Thanks.

Some of these are screwed in and some pop off. Look for hidden screws with a rare earth magnet. They may be totally covered in cloth.
4 whopping cylinders on Toyota RV's. Talk about great getting good MPG. Also I have a very light foot on the pedal. I followed some MPG advice on Livingpress.com and I now get 22 MPG! Not bad for a home on wheels.

On mine the end pieces are the same as basic blinds you would buy for your home. They have a plastic piece that holds the ends in position. Maybe I can slide the plastic piece aside but the space between the blinds and valance is very tight so even if I can slide the piece aside I might still be hindered by the closeness of the valance...

Good morning, on our blinds the screws were straight through the middle of the blind top. 1 towards each end, I removed those and could get the blind off. Didn't have any other attachments.. After these came off I could remove the valence if needed.

I had the same question/problem with valances. If you carefully feel over the valance, you will probably find where the valance is screwed to the wall. Don't be surprised to find that the screws are covered with the cloth or other covering on the valance. I understand there is no way to get the screws out without making a small tear in the cloth. When the job is completed, you can carefully glue the cloth back over the screw.
