Shock observer??
What do they observe?
Shock absorber, yes.
There should be two nuts or bolts, one at the top, one at the bottom, of each unit. Remove the fasteners, remove the old shock, install the new shock, install the new bushings and washers that came with the new unit, and tighten the fasteners. Be sure to install the new unit right side up, and do not overtighten the fasteners. A slight crush on the bushing is all that is required.
I don't know if any videos are out there, but it is likely. A google search for "shock absorber replacement video" should find them, if they exist.
