Replacing water heater bypass valve

Discovered a leaking 3-way bypass valve (middle one) in my '04 Pleasure Way Excel TS, can find replacement on-line. There are what look to be metal bands clamping each tubing connection but I can't see how to remove these to put in a new valve. Anyone experienced with this?

By the way, am posting on the B forum since have not seen this type of plumbing in other types of RVs.
Thanks

Just guessing, but the bands you are seeing are probably PEX crimps.
You can just cut them off or cut the tubing and replace the connections with "Sharkbite" fittings from Home Depot.
