Retractable Screen Door retrofit

I would like to have a retractable screen door installed on my 2007 Roadtrek SS Agile (on a 2006 Sprinter chassis). I have checked with Sportsmobile and they only will work on their own products. Does anyone out there know 1) can a retractable screen be installed on a 2006 Sprinter sliding door and 2) who might be able to do this? Thanks in advance, Barb

We had Advanced RV in Ohio install a retractable screen in our 2012 Leisure Travel Free Spirit. It required adding in additional paneling and a plexiglass (?) piece on the countertop to hold screening in back of the counter. It works great, slides well but cost $$$$$! The only drawbacks are somewhat minor (besides the price tag)- it is now hard to close the curtain in back of the counter d/t the narrow space between the screen and the door.
We have friends who also have a Free Spirit with an Advanced RV screen door who recommended them to us. We're very happy with their work.

Sebtown, how do you like the zipper version? I have looked at those for a while, but figured I could sew something similar since I understand they are held on the sides with velcro.

This is an age old question and there doesn't appear to be a practical solution for the T1N. I finally broke down and installed the zipper version from the Sprinter Store on my 06/07 Interstate.
