Rolling screens and shades

Hi everyone, I'm considering purchasing a 6 year old RV that has acrylic windows with rolling screens and shades (see photo link). They are nice because you can roll both the screen and the shade away so there is nothing blocking the windows. However, I'm worried about how well they will hold up since there are a lot of moving parts like springs, latches, and rollers that make it all work.

Does anyone on the forum have an RV with window coverings like this? How well do they hold up?

I'm no shade expert by any stretch. But we were just looking at new High End RV's and they all had rolled day shades and night shades.
Some were power some were manual. They also used this as one of their selling points about how much better they were than the string shades.
Not sure if there different than yours but I liked them. String shades are a b@%$h.
