Hi,
I put on the expensive stuff. Material cost is not nearly as significant as application costs, if your time is worth anything. And you DO NOT want a small leak.. ..
The prices might have gone up, they move around with the material costs.
http://www.epdmcoatings.com/videos_play.php?vid=25Personally I would not want to apply any coating that is not a two part product. If it comes out of the pail, and can be applied directly, it probably will not do well if you have a puddle on the roof, and the material soaks in water for say 30 days straight.
The two part product hardens in 55F+ weather, and cures in about a week when it is warm out. Once applied, some water can rest on this stuff, and once cured, it can sit there all month, no way to get inside!
Good luck!
Fred.
