OK, I will explain RVA. The owner of RVA has a multitude of companies. Years ago he entered into a business deal with the OLD Monaco to design and supply 3 point Hydraulic jack systems exclusively to Monaco. He did NOT sell aftermarket. Well in the mid 2000's the Beancounters at Monaco came to him and told him if he did not drop the price they would look elsewhere. He could NOT drop the price and make money and Monaco dropped him. That's bad, because his jack systems were very reliable. But, he did not just close up shop. He keeps it open a few days a week to build and supply replacement parts. THAT is why you have a hard time contacting them. DO as they requested and fax them with what you need. You will find them very reasonable on their prices. Doug

I believe that is a generic part that should be available at any hydraulic shop. Just take it to a shop for them to match it up.
