I have a 2012 Itasca Suncruiser 37F with the full wall slide. I was trying to be pro-active and wanted to learn how to retract the full wall slide if it was ever stuck out(must say one of my biggest fears). Already has happened on the bedroom slide but was able to unlock the system and wrench it in. I assumed the full wall slide worked the same way and just wanted to be prepared in case. I assumed the motors where located in the bay. I saw the location and there was a sheet metal cover plate on each side with 8 screws in it. Figured I would just take the screws out and locate the motors. However when I took the screws out the cover plates did not come off. It appears as though they are glued with a black adhesive and are very difficult to get off. Didn't want to damage anything so just put the screws back in. Has anyone encountered this and how do I get these plates off without damaging the sheet metal.
Thank you
