I park my MH beside my garage at home. It is on a cement pad I put the slides out and leave them out, unless it is going to rain and I put them in. Question can I do this without starting the MH to air up the system. I have been starting it up to do this, hate to start the MH every time to move the slide. Thanks Roy

Both MONACOs I've owned were very specific on moving the slides:

Air bags MUST be at ride height when deploying or retracting slides.

YOUR coach was made by Monaco, so it's your choice whether to follow the mfgs recommendation or not....just sayin...Dennis

If the rv is level and firm, Sitting on JACKS not air bags, YES, you can extend/retract the slides. Many RV's do not have air bags, and.. Well, that's how we do it.
Home was where I park it. but alas the.

I don't have the same rig as you . But I move my slides as long as my MH is level. So far no problems. I would think that would be the most important. Gary

I don't put them in every time it rains, just when we get a thunderstorm warning or tornado watch. Roy

Monaco recommends that you are at 'ride height' to move the slides in and out. But, my very reputable repair facility told me to move them in and out when leveled on the bags or hydraulic jacks.

My big living room slide behind the driver area started to become misaligned once as the coach was tilted towards the driver's side. It was at ride height (un-level site) when I tried to retract it.

The Facility adjusted the slide and told me to move them only when the coach is level. So, that's what I do and no problems so far.

As you know, the slides won't move with the motor running.

Why do you put the slide in? Aren't most slides are waterproof?

Roy, if your Endeavor is like my 2005 Ambassador, HR recommends the air bags inflated when extending and retracting slides. The manual should give you specific directions.
