Sticking slider

Hi, first post on this forum - a search is not finding much on this, so here it is. The slider sticks and pops a bit (sometimes have to rock it gently to get it unstuck) when extending out, but not when retracting.
Otherwise its action is normal. Any ideas on what could be the cause? (Fleetwood 32S, 2005 model).

Apply baby powder on all seals inside and out. Do this twice a year and you should not have any more problems.

I would use some dry lube on the gears. If that doesn't help get someone to watch as you open or close the slide. Contact Fleetwood and see if there was an upgrade to the slide mechanism.

That sounds like an alignment problem. What type slide? ( hydraulic, electric, gear driven rack, or cables)?

Seals sticking? Something under or between the slide and the floor or wall? Not level and getting in a slight bind? Gears need lubricant? Could be slack in the gear linkage causing it to turn slightly before it catches to move out. Could be multiple things. Get someone to activate the switch while you look closely at where it is sticking to determine what's causing it. If it's the seals, then a light application of baby powder might help. Start simple and work your way to complicated. Always the best practice.
