Suggestions to upgrade windshield fan?

I have a 2008 Georgetown class A. One of my cheapo 12v windshield fans broke. Instead of replacing it with the same thing I wonder if anyone has found a better fan? Any ideas?

If possible get same kind so mounting screws mate up.

2nd choice...
When OEM fan would go out on our work trucks, Cross reference any numbers below at local truck dealer...
