Welcome to Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. on-line appointment system.

************ NOTICE AS OF JULY 1, 2013 *******************

Per the instructions of the service management team, Tiffin Motorhomes will no longer be taking appointments beginning July 1, 2013. It is their feeling that the service department will be able to address the needs of our customers more expeditiously by assisting customers on a first come, first served basis. Keep in mind, this applies to appointments that would have been scheduled October through December of 2013. All appointments that have already been made will remain in our database and will be honored. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

* An appointment does not guarantee customer will have a campground site. Campground sites are filled on a first come first served basis. We have room for dry camping until a site becomes available.

* If there are any problems contact Peggy Elliott at 256-356-8661 ext. 3206

How many other manufacturers can you name that will repair at no cost items on coaches that are far out of warranty? Red Bay is a long drive just to get an oil change or new wipers for most owners. This service is intended for repairs that the local service dealer can't or won't deal with.

Had a friend sit in there lot for 16 days before they got in for service. It would seem it would be to Tiffin's advantage to run a mobile crew in there lot for the minor things and adjustments, most of there repairs are simple things.

That's too bad they changed their policy to this to drive away customers, it was the hallmark to their success in the RV Industry !

I'll bet someone could get penciled in one day if they called. I know a couple people with the allegros and they seem to think tiffin goes out of their way to make people happy.

My guess is that there will be a lot of folks spending a lot of time in Red Bay. I wonder what the record is for waiting for service? I think it might be 75 days, but I could be wrong.
