Toyo tires

I am in need of a new set of tires to replace my 8 year old Goodyear 275/80R/22.5. I am looking at Toyo M154 295/75R/22.5. I received a quote of $4,070 for 6 tires with mounting, balancing and tax. Does that sound about right?

It seems way out of line to me. We replaced all 6 of ours for a shade over $1900.00 and that included tax, mounting and balancing plus old tire disposal. We just did this about a month ago and used the same size tires you refered to.

I'm in Florida, but just this weekend, I had eight (8) 295/80R22.5 Toyo M144 installed on my Bus...total out the door (with a tip) was just under $3600.

Isn't that a rather large bump in size? I assume you checked all the clearances.

I replaces 6 of the same size on mine with the same Toyo's last March for $3200. My understanding is they've come down a little in cost, so that's a fairly good quot.

One note - Insist on Load Range H, if you want to match the capacity of the G670.

Yes - we have Toyo's but 19.5 and it was about $2,500 6 yrs ago for the smaller size. We have had no problem with them and they ride great, but we will be replacing because of age next year.
