I posted a couple of weeks ago about my new Matrix box not working. I then thought I had isolated the problem to the power inverter on the Winnegard SWM. Today the tech advised that one leg of matrix was bad so that is being replaced but my problem with reception was bad wiring of the power inverter and splitter. That came from the factory wired wrong. Camping World where I purchased it has corrected the wiring and now awaiting the new matrix. Thank you all for the advice. I learned a great deal and isolated the problem but stopped short of rewiring it myself. It is new so they should fix it and hopefully it will be good when the new Matrix is installed.
