Fear not. We definitely do not have a shortage of it.

We put about 80 million tons into the atmosphere each day.

And this is on top of the normal amount produced by man and animal.

I read that DME has 70% of the energy content of diesel fuel. But like was said, twice the amount of fuel has to be used to generate the same power output. Also, fuel consumption is expected to be about the same as diesel.

Interesting
I googled DME very interesting ,but nowhere is a mention of cost per mile ? If it was cost effective I would think proponents would be singing its benfits from the roof top.
So will it need government intervention to make it to market?
we all know how dangerous government is to markets.
I will watch with the hope it works out ,another fuel is good if its competitive .

What about every air-breathing species on the planet that exhales CO2?

How about all the carbonated beverages being consumed?

Where does it stop?

Most likely it stops when this world turns into something like Venus which is just a little warmer than here by about 800 degrees. Fortunately for me I wont be here to see it but that doesn't mean you shouldn't consider future generations.

Interesting, but because it has about half the energy of diesel fuel it will require twice as much and it still doesn't address the issue of CO2 being put into the atmosphere.
