Ok all the heavy rubber sealant looks good on my A Vista 26he. But I’d like to have some on hand for both the roof and the corner trim pcs
I assume some type of caulk for the corners and Doctor or whatever it’s called for the roof ?
Winnebago said they use Manus-Bond ????
Thx

Depending on what color you're dealing with, if it didn't look silly you could Etrnabond it and be done with it. That's what we ended up doing on our friends Winne when nothing else would hold. Etrnabond ended the leaking once and for all.
There are 24 hours in every day - it all depends on how you choose to use them.

Use ONLY what Winnebago recommends for that edge seal - it is a critical seal for that roof.

Dicor self leveling lap sealant is fine for any of the stuff on the roof that penetrates through the level part of the roof.

Inspect your roof regularly, I wouldn't buy anything until you need it, it all has a shelf life as stated. Here is a video on how to inspect the critical edge seal. Winnebago Roof Cove Maintenance and below is a cross section of that seal.

You buy that thing yet?? 🙂

Yes I did and it’s driving me nuts now, lol
That area of the roof if you push on it you can see the caulk is only stuck on the roof you can push it away from the aluminum channel
But the roof overlaps the wall so is this a problem

I always have both clear and white GE silicone caulk.
Now, after using ....through the roof...clear brush on sealant on my skylight, I'm also using it, in place of caulk for things like ...along rain gutters and around clearance lights, as well as above window trim and using a small brush or cue tip.
THROUGH THE ROOF
I got mine at Walmart online.

Dicor makes both the self-leveling for flat surfaces and a non-self-leveling for corners and vertical surfaces. It's good stuff. I'd recommend having one of each on hand....but yes, it does have a shelf life and it will go bad if you don't use it for a long time.

DICOR self leveling lap sealant.
I would only keep one tube on hand for emergencies. Buy it as you need it for scheduled maintenance. It does have a shelf life.
