When to replace shocks

Replaced front shocks about 10,000 miles ago to help with the severe dips that many overpasses have, The new shocks helped the old were original.
2004 Monaco Knight 48,000 miles, has 4 airbag system.
Called Camping World and asked about replacing the rear shocks, asked if they do it very often.
The service guy said with air bags they rarely replace the rear shocks. Do I need to?

YES. I replaced all 8 of mine at 12000 miles on my 8 airbag Endeavor. The originals were shot. You will not be disappointed.
