Wi Fi (Hotspot) Signal Booster

I have a WiFi card in my computer and a Verizon Jetpack 4G Hotspot. We are headed out to some isolated areas on a extended road trip. Based on the experience of those of you who are operating under similar circumstances, what else should I have to give my "hotspot" an additional boost to give me more range or a better signal?

Thanks.

My Jetpack has worked just about everyplace that my RV has been too! I'm going to follow your post to see what others are using to boost there signal.

If you want to boost the cell signal reaching your hotspot, then something like the Wilson Sleek amplifier should work for you, although I would upgrade the roof antenna to a higher gain than the included antenna. If you want to boost the WiFi signal from the hotspot to your computer, there are other devices for that.
