Cashew Chicken Salad

I made this last Saturday and it went over really well. Perfect on a hot summer day! Taken from All Recipes website.

2 cups pasta
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup Miracle Whip
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar
1 pinch salt

2 cups chopped celery
1/2 cup green/red/yellow bell pepper (your choice)
1 onion
3 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup cashew halves

Boil and rinse pasta with cold water.

In large bowl combine sugar, Miracle Whip, lemon juice, vinegar and salt. Toss with pasta and veggies. Add cashews just before serving.
